10-12 yr. olds – 9 Holes ($40 per player) 
13-14 yr. olds – 18 Holes ($50 per player)

This price will include green fees each day as well as lunch and a tee gift

9 HOLES = GOLD TEES
13-14 (BOYS) = WHITE TEES
13-14 (GIRLS) = GOLD TEES
15-17 (BOYS) = BLUE TEES
15-17 (GIRLS) = WHITE TEES

Conditions of the Competition Equipment: Specifications of Clubs and Balls:  Driver heads and golf balls must appear on the most current USGA lists of approved driver heads and golf balls. (Appendix I, Part C, Paragraphs 1a and 1b, pp. 117-118.)

Time of Starting:  The note to Rule 6-3a is in effect.

Suspension of Play – Dangerous Situation: Note to rule 6-8 is in effect.  If a dangerous situation causes play to be suspended, the committee will signal the suspension with one long blast of a siren or air horn.  Players shall discontinue play immediately.  Penalty for failure to discontinue play under this rule is disqualification. 

Local Rules – General

Flower Beds:  Flower beds encircled by white lines are designated “ground under repair from which play is prohibited.”  A player whose ball comes to rest in such an area is required to take relief without penalty.  The penalty for failure to take relief from such an area is two strokes. (Appendix I, Part B, Paragraph 2a, page 103.)

Relief for Embedded Ball Through the Green:  Relief for an embedded ball is extended through the green. (Appendix I, Part B, Paragraph 4a, page 107)

Distance Measuring Devices:  The note under rule 14-3 is in effect.  Players may use devices that measure distance only.  If a player uses a device that measures anything other than distance, (i.e. slope, wind, etc.) they shall be disqualified regardless of whether the additional function is used. (Appendix I, Part B, Paragraph 9, page 124.)

Ground Under Repair Ground under repair encircled by white lines will be a free drop, nearest point of relief no closer to the hole.  We will be playing Lift, clean, and place in your own fairway.

California GC – Conditions and Local Rules

Out of bounds is designated by the inside edge of the entry drive and parking lot, the inside edge of the public road behind #16 green, and white stakes and/or lines where installed. 

Drop Area There is a drop are near #3 green as the fence is an obstruction.  If the ball comes to rest or is in line of sight of the fence, there is a free drop area near the beginning of the fence.

Water Hazards - Lateral Water Hazards Hazards marked with a red line will be played as lateral hazards; hazards marked with a yellow line will be played as a water hazard.  All wooded areas will be played as a lateral hazard.  Drainage ditches along the water hazards will be played as a free drop no closer to the hole.  

  

Water Works Building between Holes 3 and 4 The building between holes 3 and 4 will be played as an Obstruction. If the ball comes to rest next to the building, free drop is assessed nearest point of relief no closer to the hole.  If the obstruction is in line of sight with the hole you may take a free drop, nearest point of relief, no closer to the hole.  Any ball coming to rest on top of the building will be considered “lost in the obstruction”.  The player shall drop a substitute ball without penalty where the ball last crossed the outermost limits of the obstruction.  (Rule 24-3b(i)). 

Sand Bunkers Bunker will be played as rake and place with relief taken no closer to the hole.

Tee Placements

Boys 15-17 = Blue Tees Boys 13-14 = White Tees Boys 12 = Gold Tees

Girls 15-17 = White Tees Girls 13-14 = Gold Tees 10 & Under = Forward Tees

Neumann GC – Conditions and Local Rules

1. Power Lines: Any ball striking an electric power line must be replayed.  Any ball hitting an electric tower is in play and should be played from where the ball comes to rest after hitting the tower.

2. Out of Bounds: 

- Driving Range: White stakes 2” inside fence. Fence itself  = immovable obstruction.     
- White Course: #5 Fence running up left side of rough and behind green
     #9: Any ball coming to rest on the pavement behind the green
- Blue Course:   #1 Fence which run up left side and behind green
    #9 Driving Range (See #2)
- Red Course:    #1 & #2 Fences run up left side
3. All wooded areas and “no mow areas” will be considered “Lateral Hazards” (1) Stroke Penalty and Drop within 2 clubs length Point of entry.

Reeves GC – Conditions and Local Rules

1. Players may lift clean and place their ball through the green.  Player may place ball within one club length from the original position of the ball no closer to the hole.  Players may not improve lie (ie, players may not move from rough to fairway).
2. Areas through the green marked by white lines are considered Ground under repair.  Proceed under Rule 25-1 (Abnormal Ground Conditions)
3. Areas of tall grass at Reeves are considered lateral hazards, unless otherwise defined.  
4. Distance measuring devices are permitted for use.  Unless device measures elevation and/or wind speed.
